Our Team

Krystal got her start in the insurance industry in the name of curiosity, which led to her working for a major national health carrier. While there, she gained experience writing both under 65 and over 65 plans and eventually became an independent agent, totaling up over a decade selling insurance.

As an internal marketing consultant at Senior Market Sales (SMS), Krystal’s job is to help agents achieve their goals by using the resources and solutions that SMS has to offer. She aids in their success by being sure agents are equipped with the knowledge and training necessary to do save time and therefore make more money.

Krystal was raised in Mount Pleasant, SC. When she’s not working, Krystal enjoys gardening and writing. A fun fact about Krystal is that she has three children, 2 of which are already over 6-feet tall, with her youngest at her height at just 9-years-old.
