Enrollment

What if my clients have a plan not through Senior Market Sales® (SMS)? Can I still track this information?

Medicare Advantage (MA) and Part D (PDP) enrollments submitted through Lead Advantage Pro are automatically added as current plans. Also, you can manually add plans not through SMS via Lead Advantage Pro’s user interface. Alternatively, they can be uploaded from a spreadsheet file.

Does Lead Advantage Pro offer voice enrollment?

A voice signature enrollment option is available through Lead Advantage Pro.

What types of Scope of Appointment (SOA) options does Lead Advantage Pro support?

Clients can sign an electronic SOA. Also, there is a voice signature SOA option. And of course, clients can still sign the old-school paper version if preferred. 

Quoting

My client uses Amazon PillPack. Can I quote for this?

Lead Advantage Pro supports online pharmacies, including Amazon PillPack. Therefore, these pharmacies are included in your for PDP and Medicare Advantage plus Part D (MA-PD) quotes.

What are your filtering options when quoting for Medicare plans, including Special Needs Plans (SNPs)?

My clients want the ability to compare plans, does Lead Advantage Pro allow for this?

Lead Advantage Pro allows you to compile side-by-side comparisons, thus simplifying the client-decision-making process. You can choose up to three MA-PD, PDP or MA plans to show on a single side-by-side comparison. If your client is already enrolled in a plan, that option will be highlighted on the comparison. MA-PD view shows which providers are in the network along with copay options. Plus, all comparisons are printable and compliant to leave with clients.

Can Lead Advantage Pro analyze my clients to determine if they will have a premium increase on their plan next year?

The AEP Disruption report within Lead Advantage Pro identifies which PDP and MA-PD clients are impacted by disruption factors – factors such as premium increases*, Rx deductible increases*, medical max out-of-pocket increases*, drug not on formulary, pharmacy network change, plan sunset and plan crosswalk.

* Increases above a defined threshold will trigger inclusion on the report

How easy is it to search my client database to see if any are on a specific drug?

Lead Advantage Pro’s easy-to-use Multi-Client Rx Search feature allows you to type in the first three letters of the drug you want to search for across all your clients. The ensuing report provides a list of clients with the selected drug captured in the client’s Medicare cabinet. This feature proves especially useful when a drug drops off a plan’s formulary.

I have clients that like to see all their plan options. Does Lead Advantage Pro offer the ability to show all options in my area?

Quoting is available for all MA and PDP plans in the market regardless of SMS contract status.

If a medication in a client’s profile is in question, can I tell who last updated it?

You have the ability to date stamp the most recent Medicine Cabinet update and view the edit history. This feature allows you to see who updated (agent or client) and when said update occurred.

Is there an easy way to see which of my clients use a specific pharmacy?

Integrations

I want to try your tool, but I want to be able to take my list of clients with me if I want to try something different. Will I be in control of my data?

Agents can import or export client lists. This feature is located in the Admin section and ensures you’re always in control of your data.

I use Medicare Insurance Direct® (MID) as my primary enrollment tool. Does Lead Advantage Pro synchronize with MID?

MID and Lead Advantage Pro are synchronized. This means you can process MID enrollments in Lead Advantage Pro. This results in a Medicare enrollment system that allows for greater efficiency and more sales in less time. Agents with MID sites who use Lead Advantage Pro can synchronize lead data, share enrollment methods and enrollment notifications between the two platforms. Agents can manually push into MID, leads that are preexisting in Lead Advantage Pro. These leads are then automatically synchronized. New leads entered into Lead Advantage Pro are automatically created and linked to MID. Lead Advantage Pro detects and displays any discrepancies for linked leads between the two platforms. Enrollments submitted via MID that are linked to a lead record in Lead Advantage Pro, are recorded in Lead Advantage Pro and flagged as the client’s current plan. Plus, agents receive real-time email notifications when enrollments are completed in both platforms.

I use AgencyBloc as my primary CRM. Can I quote through Lead Advantage Pro?

Agents and agencies who use AgencyBloc can now integrate their data with Lead Advantage Pro. This allows users of AgencyBloc to push lead data to Lead Advantage Pro, run a quote, enroll their client in a plan and then receive updated policy information pushed back to AgencyBloc automatically. This integration saves valuable time and reduces duplicate data entry.

Are health risk assessments (HRAs) integrated within Lead Advantage Pro?

You can complete HRAs once enrollments for supported carriers have been completed. The system automatically searches for and stores the confirmation number, as well as the HRA completion date and is updated nightly. You can also click on a button to search for and store confirmation numbers along with dates of completion. Additionally, you can manually add HRA completions outside of the system.

Self-Service

Can clients update their own data?

Lead Advantage Pro’s Client Self-Service portal allows clients to update provider, prescription, pharmacy and preferred hospital information prior to their appointment.

Is there an option to have my clients update their medication prior to the enrollment appointment?

You can initiate an email that goes to multiple clients and prospects (up to 5,000 email addresses at a time) using the Self-Serve Portal (SSP). The email includes a hyperlink that directs the email recipient to the SSP and asks them to review and update personal information including drugs, pharmacy and doctors. Once an email recipient updates their information, it’s automatically added to their client profile in Lead Advantage Pro.

You have the ability to onboard any number of downline producers and limit their roles through various configuration options.

Do I still have to list the number of plans and carriers in my area when sending emails to my client base?

Lead Advantage Pro automatically calculates the number of organizations and plans based on your selling permissions from SMS portfolio plans. You can manually configure additional organizations and carriers via a proprietary, industry-exclusive standalone website. Any added carriers and plans are aggregated with SMS portfolio plans for accurate counts. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) disclosure automatically displays on the Lead Summary page. All emails coming out of Lead Advantage Pro include CMS disclosure based on your clients’ ZIP code and county.
