Before he was even finished with college, Stephen was eager to dedicate his career to the insurance industry. For 13 years, he worked at John Hancock, starting as a long-term care (LTC) fast-start agent before eventually becoming a full-service agent. After leaving John Hancock, he spent three years at Mutual of Omaha as field sales consultant, working with his team to help new agents get their business started and growing.
In his role as a LTC internal marketing consultant, Stephen has a commitment to his agents to help them communicate the importance of LTC to their clients. By building his agent’s confidence in understanding solutions, he is able to help agents continue to build their practices. He especially enjoys helping design each case to meet the client’s needs.
Stephen is originally from Beatrice, NE, and has lived in the Omaha area for nearly two decades. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Midland Lutheran College. While not at work, Stephen enjoys devoting time to his family and his children’s sporting events. He is an avid Nebraska Cornhuskers fan as well as a Red Sox fan.
