As a Case Manager in the Financial Solutions department, Shawna, works to help keep agents up to date on the status of applications. Her job is to inform our agents on the status of their pending business, assist with transfer and application questions after they have been submitted and works to help agents utilize the tools and resources SMS provides.
Shawna joins SMS with nearly a decade of experience in the industry. She has worked in call centers, claims, Long Term Disability and Long Term Care. Her wide variety of experience, knowledge and determination makes Shawna the perfect addition to the SMS team.
Shawna is a Nebraska native and when she is not working, she is spending time with her grandsons, reading, crafting, gardening and assists in fostering kittens.
