As an Internal Marketing Consultant, Debra, specializes in providing agents with the education and recommendations to find the best annuity solutions for their clients. Her goal is to help agents improve their practice, and continue to give their business every opportunity to grow and thrive within the industry. Debra knows that her agents rely on her for the best advice and that couldn’t be done without the support of her team.
Debra has been involved in the insurance world through contract negotiation with hospitals and physicians since 1996. But after 30 total years of working with insurance through health care, Debra became a licensed agent in 2008. The progression from working through health care to selling insurance seemed like the best one. She sold life, long term care, disability, health and voluntary benefits for four years. Debra’s field experience helps her connect with her agents on a deeper level and understands their day to day struggles.
Debra grew up in Shelbina, MO, and considers herself a farm girl. When she isn’t in the office she is spoiling her two grandchildren, reading, listening to music and cooking
